There are many added benefits of living at the Hamilton. Owners get to enjoy many of the following common spaces and amenities for free.  There is a small fee for parties with more than 10 guests.

Grand Entrance Foyer with 24-hour Doorman
Sure to impress your guests, the entrance to the Hamilton is wonderfully dramatic with art deco period details and award winning chandeliers. The 24 hour doorperson not only provides a sense of security, but serves as a wonderful convenience whether you are expecting packages, dry cleaning, or simply need help bringing in groceries.

Lobby
Our lobby is the perfect place for happy hour parties or sitting in front of the fire with friendsto wind down after work. Our lobby which includes a lovely grand piano, on loan from an owner, is available for use as well. Included in the lobby amenities is an amazing grand piano on loan from a Hamilton owner.

Fountain Courtyard
Use this space for a Sunday brunch, outdoor birthday party or to catch some fresh air. The fountain courtyard is a lush, serene spot to relax.



Ballroom
This space also features a piano is not only great for parties, but can easily be used for a small dinner or yoga lessons! The full kitchen makes set up a breeze. Click here for more pictures.



16th Floor Sun Deck
Newly referbished, the sun deck is a stylish place to enjoy the outdoors. Toast with friends as you watch the sun set or entertain family for brunch, the sun deck is yours to enjoy year round.

Other Amenities
The full service washer and dryer room includes tables for folding clothes along with a library of books and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. Vending machines and an ATM machine add much needed convenience. Not pictured here, but also available to residents are the parking garage (wait listed) bike racks, caged storage units and guest parking ($10/day reservation required).
